For our office in Cairo, we are looking for:

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Egypt) - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in infrastructure projects. They should have a strong understanding of RMM and CESMM4 standards, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to read and understand designs and quantify them accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for infrastructure projects using RMM and CESMM4 standards
• Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents to extract measurable items.
• Provide support during tender evaluations and contractor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AACE, or similar) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically in infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Middle East is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
