For our office in Riyadh, we are looking for

Senior Civil Engineer

ARX is recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer to support the delivery of major PMC road and infrastructure projects within Riyadh. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong experience in civil works delivery across design review, construction supervision, and multidisciplinary coordination within a PMC/consultancy environment. You will act as a key technical lead across multiple project packages, ensuring civil works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for civil engineering scope across road and infrastructure packages.
• Review and endorse civil design deliverables including drawings, specifications, BoQs, and method statements.
• Oversee construction of civil works including earthworks, drainage, utilities, structures interfaces, and site development.
• Support site supervision, inspections, and contractor coordination. • Lead resolution of RFIs, NCRs, design gaps, and constructability challenges.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (roads, utilities, structures, ITS, landscape).
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Mentor engineers and ensure consistency in technical delivery across packages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering for major infrastructure or road projects.
• Proven experience in design review, construction supervision, and PMC environments.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure coordination.
• Familiarity with Saudi codes and international standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
• English required (Arabic is an advantage).
