For our office in Cairo, we are looking for:

EMC and E&B Engineer (Egypt) - 100% (m/f)

TWe need someone with solid experience in EMC and Earthing & Bonding, particularly in design and design review, who can work independently and take ownership of the related activities and deliverables.

Railway experience is preferred, ideally with 7–10 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• EMC and Earthing & Bonding design and design review.
• Prepare and review technical studies, calculations, drawings and reports.
• Perform EMC source/victim and interference assessments.
• Perform/review earthing, bonding, touch/step and induced voltage assessments.
• Review multidisciplinary designs for EMC/E&B compliance.
• Coordinate with electrical, MEP, signalling, telecom, traction power, civil and track disciplines.
• Address technical comments and support their closure.
• Support design verification and testing & commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, EN, IEEE and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Around 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Good hands-on experience in EMC and Earthing & Bonding design.
• Railway or major infrastructure experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage technical deliverables.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
