For our office in Cairo, we are looking for:

Junior Structural Design Engineer (Egypt) - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate should be graduates of a governmental university. with at least 5 years of structural design experience, demonstrating understanding of structural design and 3D analytical modeling for concrete structures. Familiar with local and international codes such as Eurocode and ACI . familiar with various design and analysis software

Responsibilities

• Create structural models for analysis of concrete Buildings
• Perform calculations for all structural elements
• Draft structural drawings, reinforcement details, and construction drawings
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations
• Prepare design reports, calculation packages, and material specifications
• Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines to resolve conflicts
• Calculate material quantities for concrete and reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design. (Transportation projects are an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in structural design and 3D analytical modeling for concrete structures
• Comprehensive knowledge of local and international codes, specifically Eurocode and ACI
• Proficient in various structural analysis and design software. (Sofistik is an advantage)
