Bid Assistant - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate should have the ability to support bid and proposal preparation, coordinate with teams, manage proposal documentation, and ensure timely and compliant submission of tenders.

Responsibilities:

• Support Bid Managers in the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals and tenders.
• Maintain proposal documentation including CV databases, project reference sheets, and submission records.
• Compile and format proposal documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint following company templates.
• Assist in preparing compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and submission checklists.
• Coordinate inputs from technical teams and subconsultants.
• Manage proposal folders and document control on SharePoint or internal systems.
• Support final submission preparation including document compilation, formatting, and packaging.
• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Assist with maintaining proposal knowledge libraries and standard templates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in proposal coordination, bid support, or tender administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and document formatting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong proficiency in InDesign is an addition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with engineering consultancy, infrastructure, or construction companies.
• Familiarity with tender submissions, compliance documentation, and proposal formatting.
• Experience using SharePoint or document management systems.
