For our office in Cairo, we are looking for:

BIM Architect (Egypt) - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural and technical background, combined with proven experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) across all project stages. They will possess a deep understanding of design processes, coordination workflows, and digital project delivery, ensuring high-quality and fully coordinated BIM outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage coordinated BIM models across all design stages.
• Lead architectural and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Prepare and review detailed shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Conduct model audits and maintain data accuracy and LOD consistency.
• Create and manage Revit families, schedules, and parametric components.
• Support design in resolving technical issues and RFIs.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and quantities directly from BIM models.
• Coordinate model sharing and updates through BIM collaboration platforms (ACC, etc ).
• Support design presentations and client/authority submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural and BIM-based design delivery.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dynamo, and visualization tools (Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion )is a plus.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of clash detection, coordination workflows, and model-based documentation.
• Core Competencies: Strong technical detailing and construction documentation background.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across disciplines.
• Solid understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
