Graphic Designer

The Ideal Candidate will have a creative eye and strong technical expertise in visual design, with a particular focus on developing compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral for an engineering consultancy environment. They will bring together branding, storytelling, and design skills to support ARX's business development and communications strategies, ensuring all materials are visually striking, consistent, and aligned with corporate identity.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and templates for proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with proposal managers, engineers, and business development teams to create visually engaging submissions that clearly communicate technical information.
• Develop brochures, marketing materials, social media content, and other corporate communications assets.
• Ensure adherence to ARX's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Transform complex data and technical content into clear, impactful infographics and visualizations.
• Manage and organize digital asset libraries (templates, icons, imagery, infographics).
• Support the creation of event materials, corporate profiles, and digital campaigns.
• Stay updated with design trends and propose innovative approaches to enhance visual storytelling.

• Work under tight deadlines while ensuring quality and attention to detail.

  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 4–7 years of professional design experience, preferably within engineering consultancy, architecture, or construction sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for proposal formatting.
• Familiarity with digital design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar) is an advantage.
• Ability to design for both print and digital platforms.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with corporate professionalism.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience designing proposals for large-scale projects in UAE
• Motion graphics or video editing skills.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing strategy.
