For our office in Cairo, we are looking for:

Senior BIM Structure Engineer (Egypt) - 100% (m/f)

The Ideal Candidate will lead the development, coordination, and quality control of 3D structural BIM models for Different types of concrete structures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that structural models meet design intent, BIM standards, and project requirements.
• Support coordination with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Ensure the reinforcement details are considered with the suitable presentation, and fully formwork details are considered.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of structural engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on BIM structural modeling experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of:
• BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• LOD 300–400 requirements
• Model coordination and clash management
• CDE workflows (ACC / BIM 360)
• Parametric modeling and data consistency.
• Advanced knowledge of reinforced concrete structures.
• Strong understanding of Formwork and reinforcement detailing and constructability.
• Software proficiency:
• Revit Structure (advanced – mandatory)
• Navisworks (advanced clash detection)
• AutoCAD (reference use)
• Excel (quantities and reporting)
