As part of our growth in Türkiye, we are seeking an experienced and technically driven Bid Specialist to lead the preparation and management of engineering proposals for our offices in Ankara and İstanbul.

💼 The Opportunity

This role bridges the gap between technical design and strategic business development.
You will take full ownership of the bid process from analyzing client requirements to coordinating multidisciplinary teams and preparing competitive technical and financial proposals.
Your goal will be to translate engineering know-how into tailored, high-quality proposals that win projects and strengthen ARX's presence in Türkiye and abroad.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deliver bids and proposals in line with ARX standards and procedures.
• Take full ownership of the bid lifecycle from RFP (Request for Proposal) receipt to final submission.
• Conduct detailed reviews of RFPs and technical specifications, identifying key requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Generate project-specific engineering solutions that respond to client needs and technical constraints.
• Perform technical analyses and optimizations to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and innovation in proposed solutions.
• Prepare and coordinate technical proposals, working closely with design, planning, and finance teams.
• Manage communication between project offices, clients, and partners, ensuring alignment throughout the bid process.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and partners to gather inputs, validate data, and ensure completeness of proposals.
• Prepare financial offers, design fee estimations, and necessary supporting documentation.
• Lead internal Go/No-Go meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Maintain bid documentation, track submission deadlines, and ensure compliance with corporate and client standards.

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering fields (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Min. 4+ years experience.
• Strong understanding of design processes, fee estimation, and technical documentation.
• Experience preparing proposals for infrastructure and transportation projects (road, rail, bridges, tunnels, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InfraWorks) is a plus.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary and international teams.
