Senior Finance Analyst – UAE – 100% (m/f)

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to provide financial support across our GCC entities through planning, analyzing and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, with a number of years of experience in professional services and project-based financial reporting. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing client invoicing, and conducting working capital (WC) analysis
• Managing subconsultant contracts, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating vendor payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting project-level financial reporting, including WC analysis
• Assisting in dashboard maintenance and contributing to the development of financial tools for reporting and tracking
• Providing cashflow analysis support and assisting in forecasting activities
• Supporting both internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting documentation and responding to auditor queries
• Performing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Experience in professional services or project-based environments
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for financial dashboards
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Must be based in the UAE already with experience of working in the Middle East
