🧾 About the Role

We are looking for a Finance and Administration Specialist to join our dynamic and international team at ARX Türkiye.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth financial and administrative operations of our offices while maintaining strong coordination with our partner offices abroad.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in both finance and administration areas with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.


💼 Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting:

  • Monitor and control financial statements, invoices, and payment schedules.
  • Prepare and issue invoices; verify accuracy of invoices received from clients and vendors.
  • Track incoming and outgoing payments; ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with international project offices regarding invoicing, payments, and budget tracking.
  • Perform cost allocation and man-hour (hourly rate) calculations for ongoing projects.
  • Support monthly financial reporting and provide accurate data to management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting procedures.

Administration & Office Management:

  • Manage and monitor office supply needs (stationery, electronic equipment, kitchen and cleaning materials, etc.).
  • Support travel and visa arrangements for staff, including bookings and documentation.
  • Organize business trips, accommodations, and logistics for local and international travel.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations (printer, meeting rooms, courier, etc.).
  • Support coordination of IT and facility requests when necessary.

🎓 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and/or administrative roles, preferably in international or project-based companies.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken) – essential for communication with global offices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment.
