For our office in Tirana, we are looking for a BIM MODELER.

The candidate/s will be responsible for the implementation of BIM models, the drafting of graphics to support the coordination of information content of the models together with the Bim Coordinator. Will attend internal and external project meetings. It will be part of the BIM Department Structures/Infrastructure/Architecture and will interact with the BIM Coordinators, senior Designers and Project Coordinators. Site inspection tasks are possible.

Technical requirements :

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Excellent basic technical preparation
• Good knowledge of the Autodesk Revit software.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• 0-5 years of work experience in the production of graphic elaborations of reinforced concrete and steel structures within infrastructure projects: bridges (floors, pillars, shoulders, foundations), drains, retaining walls, tunnels etc. .

Technical preference requirements:

• Knowledge of Dynamo / Grasshopper / Rhino
• Autodesk Civil 3D knowledge
• BIM Specialist ICMQ certification or equivalent
• Specialization courses in BIM specialist

Soft skills:

• Knowledge of English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work abroad in the short term.
